Three ways in. One engine underneath.

Start wherever your obligations bite hardest. Every level shares the same policy engine and the same decision record, so moving up never means changing tools, paying more or re-keying a client.

Every plan includes the entire platform and unlimited seats. The levels describe where firms begin, not what they are allowed to use.

The ladder

Which problem is in front of you today?

Level one

Screening

"I need to know who this person is."

Sanctions, PEP, adverse media, activity and funds and territorial risk in about two minutes, classified against your own policy. A defensible report for every name you check, including counterparties and introducers.

Level two

KYC & KYB

"Onboarding is costing us clients."

Intelligence-first onboarding at the desk: photograph the ID, screening decides whether simplified, customer or enhanced due diligence applies, and low-risk clients complete in about four minutes. Company structures and beneficial owners for KYB.

Level three

AML administration

"We would not survive an inspection."

The whole obligation as codified controls: risk policy, team scope, training, acknowledgements, supervision and periodic review, with one audit-readiness score and a queue that chases the people who owe work.

Underneath all three

The parts that do not change between levels.

Codified risk policy guardrails — your rules run at the point of decision and override the AI where they must
Recorded overrides — rule reference, reason, policy version and approver, on every decision
Automatic escalation — high risk lifts to the MLRO or an external AML expert by rule, not by memory
Unlimited seats — everyone who meets a client is inside the system
Inspection-ready evidence — produced as a by-product of the work, exportable on demand
One readiness score — wherever you start, you can see where the firm stands
Alongside the ladder

Three more things worth knowing about.

Risk policy creator

No robust policy yet? JUSTE writes a personalised ML/TF risk assessment and AML/CTF policy from your services, clients and geographies, which you review and own — then deploys it as the engine that governs every screening. An independent annual audit is recommended, and your choice.

Point-of-sale intake

The mobile app that lets any qualified team member scan a client's ID at the desk, the viewing or the fair stand — with the guardrails travelling with them.

Questions

Choosing where to start.

Which level should we start with?

SCREEN if the immediate need is knowing who you are dealing with. KYC and KYB if onboarding friction is losing you clients. AML if an inspection is coming or the firm's administration is the exposure. Every plan includes the whole platform, so this is about where you begin rather than what you buy.

Does moving up cost more?

No. Pricing is by inspection report volume with unlimited seats on every plan. Moving between levels changes nothing about the price and requires no migration.

Do the levels share data?

Yes. One policy engine, one decision record. A screening flows into onboarding, and both feed the firm's readiness score without anything being re-keyed.

How long does it take to get started?

Most firms are screening the same day. Building out the full control set is usually days rather than weeks, and the readiness score shows the progress as you go.
